The cable seems to work well with Fujifilm cameras as well as the advertised Canon. There doesn't appear to be any version for Fujifilm but I bought this cable on the recommendation of owners at a Fujifilm forum.

Works perfectly as described. I’m only 5’4 and this helps me with taking portraits of taller people. I keep my trigger attached and clamped with a magic arm lower on my tripod so I can see the screen

This cable works great with the Fujifilm X-pro 3 (and most likely other modern Fujifilm Cameras), and Fuji or equivalent, Flashes. All of the features of the flash unit are transferred. I'm getting TTL, Manual, Multi and HSS modes through the cable (your flash unit must be able to incorporate these features...I was pleasently surprised by the HSS capability). The cable is also well made and the receiver for the flash has the special "pin" hole required for some flashes to stay attached. Very impressed!

This has been an important part for my macro photography, it works nice, the perfect lenght for the purpose I'm using it. However, it looks like if you stretch it to its maximum lenght it can be damage.I don't feel any difference beetwen having the flash on camera or off camera, so there's no disadvantage of using this accesory. Something that was very surprising was the weight, it's actually kind of heavy for a cable. Really nice overall. Also I really like the box.

Helps move the flash farther away from the camera to provide unique lighting. Can also hold off camera if a tripod is used which allows angling the flash to get a different lighting perspective. Useful if you don't have remote triggers. Doesn't reach a full 3 m due to the coiled cord.

Works as expected, and there's full communication between my Canon 5d2 and the flash. The cord is tightly coiled, but may loosen over time - I plan on using it for forest wildflowers, so will be holding it at arm's length, which it does comfortably, but if you need it longer than that, I would buy a longer cord, as I don't think it will ever stretch out to the full length. The locking mechanism on the camera-end hot shoe works very well, and the flash end tightens nicely with the flash wheel. There's a tripod screw on the base, so good for mounting on a light stand, but as other reviewers mentioned, stretching it too far will pull your stand over. But overall a nice, well made unit for the price.
