Refund policy

NEEWER offers a straightforward, hassle-free warranty process. Warranty periods vary by product type.

- All regular NEEWER products come with a 1-year warranty from the delivery date. If you place an order on the NEEWER official website and subscribe to our emails, you will receive an additional 1-year extended warranty for free. 
- Specific limitations on consumables: 
Light bulbs and flash bulbs: 6 months ; 
Batteries: 1-year

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason
We accept returns for a full refund for any reason within 30 days from the order date. To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain the return address. 
- All returned items must be in brand new condition, in their original unaltered box, and must include all packing materials, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

- For non-quality-related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs, while NEEWER will refund the cost of the product itself.

- For pre-order items, the 30-day return period begins on the shipping date, not the order date.

- It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window. 

Refunds for orders placed on our website will be issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable, a gift card of equivalent value will be provided.

Return Process
Before dispatching a replacement or issuing a refund, Neewer must receive the returned item in the agreed condition, with photo or video evidence of the defect.
Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, refunds will be processed within 2 business days. The refund amount will appear in your account within 3–5 business days. For both refunds and replacements, the item must be received at our warehouse before processing.

Warranty Limitations
-Used products from third parties (e.g., Amazon EU, Amazon.com Services).
-Normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents.
-Water damage or misuse-related defects.
-Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly.
-Damage from incompatible voltage (use a step-up/step-down converter for international travel).
-Lost or stolen items.

Claim Requirements
- The buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase.
-Clear visual evidence showing the defect is required.
- NEEWER must document the outcome of any troubleshooting steps taken by the buyer.
- In some cases, the item may need to be returned for quality inspection.

Worry-Free Purchase
Customers can choose to purchase Worry-Free Purchase Insurance at checkout when shopping on NEEWER's official website. This insurance covers lost, damaged, or delayed packages during transit, providing customers with greater peace of mind when shopping.

The Worry-Free Purchase Insurance covers delayed deliveries as well as lost or damaged packages. For full details, please refer to the insurance coverage, compensation instructions, refund conditions, and other related information available on the purchase page.
Note: If shipping insurance is applied, the Worry-Free Purchase coverage cannot be refunded separately. Duplicate refunds or reshipments will not be processed under this policy. Please read the terms, refund policy, and other applicable information carefully before making a purchase.
