Neewer makes some really excellent equipment, and this is no exception. The dolly feels great, and I love how it collapses down for portability. Whether you're getting action shots or just needing to move into multiple positions frequently, this is a great way to do it. The storage bag is a nice touch as well, just to keep everything together and keep from getting things tangled up in the arms. I have no problem recommending this to an amateur or a pro.

Neewer does it again. I’m really impressed with their tripod dolly. It’s made of solid aluminum alloy and feels very durable, not cheap or flimsy at all. It easily supports my heavier video setup with no wobble or slipping, even when I have a camera, lights, and monitor attached.Setup is super easy and quick. The locking system works great and holds the tripod securely in place. The wheels are smooth and quiet, and the brakes are strong enough to keep everything perfectly still when you need it. Neewer gear has always been hit or miss for me, but this dolly is extremely heavy duty and well made. I have several moving pole mounts for studio strobe lights and this is just as sturdy. I would not hesitate to trust this dolly even with heavy, expensive gear.

Once locked in, the tripod feet stay firmly in place.Adjusting the rail length works as expected, though the sliding action isn’t as smooth as I would prefer. The clamps that fix the rail length also use plastic parts; metal would likely have provided better long-term durability. That said, the overall structure feels stable, and the weight capacity is more than sufficient for typical camera setups.In use, the dolly glides smoothly across my workshop and holds its position well when locked. Changing tripod height naturally alters the tripod’s footprint, but it’s simple to adjust the dolly’s rail length to match. The design is well thought out and works reliably once set.For the price, this dolly offers excellent value. It combines strong materials, reliable mobility, and compatibility with different tripods. Aside from small points about the rail adjustment and clamp material, the product feels nearly premium and performs very well in practice.
