NEEWER TP08 77" Camera Tripod Monopod

This tripod is sturdy, lightweight, and very practical for travel or quick setups. The leg locks are well-designed and make adjusting height fast and secure, and it handle modern camera bodies and lenses easily within their load capacity. The only drawback is the ball head’s main body being plastic, which feels less solid compared to other Neewer tripods I’ve used with aluminum heads. I was honestly so excited to try this Neewer 77" tripod — and it hasn’t disappointed me at all so far! The first thing that caught my eye was just how tall it gets… 77 inches is way taller than most of my older tripods, which means I can finally get those high-angle overhead shots without balancing my camera on something sketchy. 😅Setting it up was super straightforward. The flip locks on the legs are quick to snap open, and even though it looks big, it doesn’t feel bulky when carrying around. I’ve been using it mostly indoors for product photography and a few outdoor shoots, and the stability has been totally fine as long as I keep the center column down and spread the legs fully. The little weight hook underneath is a lifesaver — I hang my camera bag on it when I’m outside to keep it steady in the wind.The ball head feels smooth when adjusting angles, and the quick release plate makes it easy to switch between my camera and phone mount. I also love that it converts into a monopod — I actually used it like that last weekend while shooting a local event, and it was so much easier to move around with.It’s definitely not carbon fiber light, but for how tall and solid it feels, I’m okay with that trade-off. Overall, this tripod has quickly become my go-to when I need height and flexibility. It makes my whole setup feel more professional, and I’m genuinely happy I grabbed it. 🙌📸

This Neewer tripod is lightweight and easy to carry around but still feels sturdy enough to handle a good camera setup. The ball head is smooth and makes adjusting angles quick, and the Arca type plate is convenient for fast mounting. I mounted my pretty hefty Blackmagic camera and it was surprisingly sturdy and held up great.I like that the legs can reverse for travel and that the center column can be inverted for different shooting angles. For something compact it has a solid build and can hold a surprising amount of weight.Overall, this is a great lightweight tripod for travel and the included case makes it even more portable.

The tripod can also be inverted for macro photography. The center post column has a hook to attach weight to keep your tripod secure from shacking or falling from the wind.The tripod is made of aluminum alloy, and the tripod head is good quality strength plastic and aluminum giving great supporting DSLR and Mirrorless cameras up to 13lb/6kg. I ask my media friend what he wanted for Christmas and he said this tripod so I was like okay, sure thing. Good brand, good price. When it came in the mail, I opened it our of curiosity (Just wanted to see exactly what I am gifting) and boy!!! This tripod is AWESOME! It's so sturdy, it opens up to whatever angle you want it to, and it has different tilt/turn knobs for easy camera settings. The top also detaches for a small hand held camera leg thingy. Might just get one for myself pretty soon. Definitely recommend 10/10
