This mount is PERFECT for continuity. The magnetic attachment is so incredibly strong that you don’t even have to worry about your phone slipping and possibly even breaking. I have this placed on top of my monitor for a webcam or as a dim flashlight so I can have good lighting for videos or anything I am needing. The build is also really solid, it doesn’t feel cheap at all. You will not regret having this as a part of your setup!
Feels high quality and works perfect
Overall I'm pretty happy with this monitor mount from NEEWER. The build quality feels solid and it does exactly what it's supposed to do — gives you a clean, dedicated spot to prop up your iPhone as a continuity camera without a bunch of clutter on your desk. Setup was straightforward and it looks sleek on the monitor. My only real gripe is that it doesn't grip the monitor as securely as I'd hoped. It shifts around more than I'd like, especially if you accidentally bump your desk or adjust your monitor angle. I've had to re-center it a few times during work calls which gets a little annoying. A stronger clamp mechanism or better rubber grip padding would go a long way. That said, for the price it's a decent buy and the continuity camera feature itself works beautifully once everything is in place. If NEEWER tightens up the mounting stability in a future version, this would easily be a 5-star product. Still worth it if you're looking for a budget-friendly option to clean up your desk setup.
Quality feels good, but because of its weight you’d want to be careful when using with a laptop. If the screen is tilted back too far this will carry the lid back with it, at least on a MacBook Air. A plus is that this can also be used as a phone stand, but i do wish you can rotate the MagSafe position for selfie view, when used as continuity mode webcam.
I’m glad I got this product. I use my phone as a camera for my streaming. And this thing is doing the job by hanging it on top of my monitor
My favorite I used all the time and it clips to my tripod perfect
Fantastic accessory. I wish I had got it sooner. Has a powerful magnet that allows me to use my phone as a webcam and works as a very reliable stand too. 5 Stars!
