NEEWER RF-56II/RF-80II/RF-110II/RF-130II Light Reflector with Handle Grip

Photography is my favorite hobby, so I am constantly reading photography blogs and watching Photoshop tutorials on Youtube. Neewer is one of the brands that is consistently mentioned among photographers. After getting these light reflectors, I completely understand why. The light reflectors are about 3x the size of the bag they come in, but they can easily bend and be stuffed back into the small bag they come in. The carrying bag is small and compact and can be taken on the go. You can fit it into a backpack or suitcase.Inside the carrying bag, you will find a reflector that on one side is white and on the other side is black. Then there is a reversible sleeve that has silver on one side and gold on the other. The stock photo makes it seem like you will get five separate reflectors. What you get is one reflector and then a silver/gold sleeve you can put on it if you want to change colors. Making it this way is much more convenient to carry to a photo shoot, which is why I say they are the brand that understands a photographer’s needs.These light reflectors have sturdy handles on the side. There is a hole in each handle that allows you to mount the reflector to a light stand. You can use it handheld or with a stand. However, this purchase does not come with a stand- only the reflectors. I got the 22”, which is made for macro photographers. If you do portraits, I recommend you get the 32” or 43.”To use the reflector, hold it directly opposite a light source. Usually, a reflector is used to fill in shadows or add a little color to the subject. It bounces light onto the subject. Reflectors are essential to getting great photos, even if photography is only a hobby for you and not a profession. Buying this is completely worth it, and you won’t regret it.

So I use this 90% of the time as a diffuser for stark LED lamps. More compact than an umbrella for this purpose and the fact that it has different reflectors (gold, silver, white) makes it a very useful piece of kit. For those who have limited space and budget, this is a great piece that provides multiple functions. In my case, I mounted it to a T bar mount so the LED and Reflector/Diffuser can be mounted tight on a stand (see pics). Works great for this purpose and has some additional value as a reflector when needed. This is one of my favorite (most useful) lighting accessories.

I was looking for a decently-sized light diffuser/reflector for better portrait shots. This one fit my needs very well. Fully open, it's almost 2 feet wide, but collapses down to about 10-inches for easier storage. The handle is super-comfortable to hold and even has a 3/8" threading if you want to mount it. There's not much else to say. If you're looking for something around this size, it's a nice, well-priced option. No complaints here. 5/5 stars

This is an awesome reflector! It has three surfaces to choose from in a system that definitely makes my location work easier.I have other sets of filters and screens like this, but I was drawn to this set for the handy grip handles. These are awesome for bouncing light to fill for portraits, and the handles make it easy to hold with a free hand.As you can see from the pics ... you can have up to 5 different color backgrounds so this is very well thought out and excellent reflector.This is made by a reputable company so it is highly recommend.
