NEEWER NP-W235 2400mAh Replacement Battery

Hi, i just bought this neewer np-w235 battery for my fujifilm xt-4. Im in need of extra battery for my photography and the genuine fujifilm battery cost so much more than this battery. The package arrived on time. It is well packed and includes a usb to c cable. The battery comes with a back cover as show in the picture.I havent tried it yet but ill update this review once i have experience it in the field.

I have used many Neewer batteries over the years, so I have grown comfortable in trusting that they will not cause my cameras to malfunction in any way. The battery has a very solid and premium feeling build to it. It has the exact same form as the OEM battery with the addition of a usb-c port for a quick and easy charging option, when the NP-W235 charger is not available.I have been using this battery in my Fujifilm X-H2 for over a month now. I have not encountered any issues in the performance of my camera or any of its functions. The only difference is that this battery does not last as long as the OEM battery does. That’s why I would label this an excellent backup battery. The original battery will get me through the most grueling day of shooting but if I need another reliable battery, this will more than suffice. It is much cheaper than the OEM batteries. Personally I like third party batteries for traveling, because it will not hurt the pocket as much if they are lost or stolen.Overall this is a good battery that has got me through multiple shoots, each around 1.5-2 hrs long on a single charge.

Very versatile charging options: USB-C, insider a camera, and an external battery charger for Fuji batteries. It is like you cannot miss it. As long as you have a a USB-C charging source or a battery charger for Fuji, you can charge this battery. Excellent for travel. Most versatile Fuji battery I have ever owned.

I've used a lot of third party batteries like wasabi, BM, Powerextra, and others for Fujifilm cameras and this Neewer 2400mAh was very impressive. The shot count far exceeded my expectations and is almost on par with an OEM fuji battery if not better. I used it in the X-T5 with ibis on and low light priority for over 500 shots and lost 1 bar where other batteries would have been completely drained.The best feature by far is the usb c charging port, this opens a huge door of simplicity when out in the field and being able to charge up via a car charger or even a large capacity usb charging pack. The ability to charge outside the camera and not require an adapter/dock is wonderful.I received one battery for review purposes but I will definitely be ordering more.

Comes with a slightly larger capacity than the Fuji original battery. (2200mAh vs 2400 mAh).Nice feeling and build quality.Tested with Fuji xt4 and xh2s, the running time is almost identical to the Fuji original battery.The biggest advantage of this battery is the built-in USB-C charging port. With that, you don't need to carry the battery charger anymore when traveling.I also tested charging the battery with the port vs charging the battery with the camera using the same charger. Clearly, it becomes slower because the charging port does NOT support PD.Just keep that in mind.
