Whilst I am not into taking selfies, I do quite a bit of product photography. For snaps and quick photos this is invaluable. Just look at the last two photos to see why.Brilliant coverage, temperature selectable, simple to use with an NFC camera.great quality, compact and works very well.

I've had a few clamp style phone lights but this is the first magnetic one I've tried. This NL48B is probably the most well made one out of the bunch. Very solid and hefty all around. I like all the white color temperature choices + ability to adjust brightness. It's not as bright as a dedicated flashlight. I think its highest setting looks around 300 lumens. But then again, it's not intended to be that intense. It's a selfie light and the last thing you need is to stare at something that will blind you. My only concern is that you can seemingly twist and turn the light forever. This in turn can cause the cable inside to wind up too much. I think they should have had some stops put in for example once you twisted it 180 degrees one way, forcing you to unwind it the other way. Other than that, it's a very good portable selfie light.

This little light is brighter than I expected — 700 lux at 0.3m really makes a difference for video calls and photos. I like the adjustable angles and the built-in mirror. The battery lasted well over an hour on medium brightness, and it recharges fast with USB-C. Great portable option for phone for content or Zoom calls.

The light comes with a USB A to C charge cord, a magnetic circle to add to your phone if you don’t have the magsafe connection (or your case prevents the light from adhering to it), and an instruction sheet. The mirror comes already attached, and though it’s small, it gives a good reflection. It comes with a protective coating to remove.The light doesn’t close entirely flat if you do it from the top, like a compact. To get it to close without a small gap you need to finish the closing motion by only touching the hinge. This is a little annoying as it’s hard to get a good grip, so if that’s not important to you it’s probably not worth doing. The hinge is a bit stiff on opening, as is the extension bar. There’s a satisfying click when the bar reaches its full extension. The light can tilt up and down quite far, and smoothly twist a full 360 degrees. A long press on the power button turns the light on. Shorter presses then scroll through the 5 temperatures, with the + and - buttons adjusting the brightness through 5 levels. For brightness, if you hold down the buttons you can scroll between the preset options. There’s no way to go between settings for temperature though, so you’re limited to those presets. The brightest setting is very bright, able to light up a room. At its lowest setting, it makes a good night light.Both back sides (the magnetic plate and rear of the light) have grippy coatings. So it’s more secure when used as a phone stand. The light can stand on its own and act as a desk light or reading light if you’re travelling or camping. The magnet is strong, and attaches to any metal surface, though if the light is tilted forward it may slide down due to the offset weight distribution. When used with the included metal ring, the light doesn’t have to cover the entire ring in order to stay on your phone. The metal ring has a strong adhesive that attaches well to a phone case. There’s a protective film on the top of the ring to remove, after which it has a black matte look.The light is just wide enough that you probably don’t want it on your phone all the time. However, it’s very small and compact, easy to slip into a pocket or carry in a bag.This is a great, versatile, little light.

This is a useful little light. It fits my old iPhone but not my Samsung. But. I discovered I can stick it on the fridge. It has a mirror and an excellent light that I can use to fix my makeup before I film my videos. Of course it also works as a fill light for selfie-type videos. The light range is decently bright and warm (color wise). The battery life is next level. Multiple uses for this unique light. Only con is that it doesn't fit my Samsung (but it's made for iPhone so I'm not docking a star for that).
