This was a total game changer.I have a Nikon Z8 and a sigma 150 to 600 mm contemporary lens that I use for wildlife photography on trips. This year, I went to glacier national Park, Yellowstone, and grand Tetons area.I have a DJI Ronin 4 gimbal that I use for stabilization, but it’s large and cumbersome, and not always advantageous for wildlife photography. Sometimes you want something a little quicker and easier to set up. Or ready to pull out. This worked like a charm. The Z8 is amazing but really requires stabilization for the video especially when using a huge zoom lens. This was so easy to set up and very quick. It’s high-quality and durable, and with so many micro adjustments you can get it as stiff or as flexible as you want it.I’m so glad I bought this before I went on this trip. It works great for panning when you’re using the video, and you can leave it a little loose to be able to have a little wiggle room to go up and down a bit.It really enabled me to get some great shots and some great video, much better than I could’ve done handheld on my own. It’s a pretty heavy lens and every camera set up so the swing arm really helped. All in all, it was amazing and I’m so glad I brought this on the trip.

This tripod head is well-made, sturdy, and inexpensive. I've been using this head primarily for airplane photos with great success. It allows me to follow the action smoothly and get my best shots. The head has had no problem supporting my heavy camera and long, long lenses. So far, I've used the Gimbal tripod head for photographing airplanes, kayak competitions, motorcycle racing on a frozen lake, and birds in flight. The Neewer tripod head has held up with no issues at all.

The gimbal is very solidly built and was quite easy to setup. When I got the balance just right the camera/lens literally floats in whatever position I set and moves effortlessly in any direction I choose. This will make using my Sony 200-600mm lens much easier to handle.

It’s a very well engineered product, it will handle almost anything lens and DSLR camera. It’s also a very good price. It’s equally as good as similar items three times the price.

This is my first gimbal and I decided on it after reading dozens of reviews from people who bought it on Amazon. The shipment arrived quickly and Neewer is a good brand. I must say that it is robust, strong and very well designed. I haven't taken it to the field yet because I'm waiting for the tripod I bought from Ali in China; however, I am sure that this will be a work tool that I will give a lot of use to. My rating is 10/10.

This Neewer Gimbal was purchased for wildlife and bird photography. It is well constructed and smooth, allowing me to position the camera just where I need to take a shot. I would highly recommend this to other photographers looking for a solid gimbal that won't break the bank.
