Right out of the box, the NEEWER 4-in-1 ND Filter & Lens Kit felt like a well-thought-out accessory pack for my DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro. The build quality is solid, with each filter and the wide-angle lens crafted from HD optical glass and sturdy materials that thread on smoothly once you remove the stock lens. Swapping them out was simple—no tools, no hassle.The variable ND8–32 filter was the standout for me. It gave me far more control over exposure when shooting in bright conditions, especially while skiing and biking, and the rotating frame felt smooth and responsive. I did notice a little vignetting at the highest ND level in ultra-wide mode, but that’s expected with variable NDs and didn’t ruin the footage.The CPL filter is genuinely useful for cutting glare off water and windows while boosting contrast. I tested it during a paddleboarding trip and the reflections were drastically reduced. The black mist 1/4 filter adds a subtle softness that looks great for close-up vlogging or portraits—skin tones looked more cinematic without losing too much sharpness.The 185° wide-angle lens creates a noticeable fisheye-style distortion, which adds some drama to action shots and landscapes. It’s fun to use for creative projects, but definitely not something I’d leave on all the time.The one drawback is that none of these are waterproof, so you can’t take them underwater without risking image quality. That’s a trade-off worth noting for anyone planning aquatic adventures. Also, they don’t come with lens caps or a case, so I had to improvise for storage.For the price, you’re getting a ton of creative flexibility. Whether you’re a hobbyist content creator, outdoor adventurer, or someone who just wants better control over their shots, this kit adds real value to your DJI setup. Ideal for people who shoot a lot in bright conditions or want cinematic flair without post-processing.

This kit is the perfect all in one kit to modify your Osmo Action 5 Pro. I really enjoy the super wide angle lens attachment. You just have to unscrew your current lens protector and screw this in. It increases your field of view quite a bit. Not quite fishbowl lens style but getting there. The kit also includes a circular polarizer which is key for removing reflections from water (popular action camera location) or windows. It also includes a black mist filter which will help soften your image and make it appear a little less digital. It doesn’t change the colors of your shot but it makes it a bit more cinematic looking. Last but not least, the VND is ideal for shooting outdoors on a bright sunny day. The VND allows you to keep your shutter speed low while shooting in the sun. It’s basically sunglasses for your camera. All of this comes in a basic plastic case that will protect your items while on the go. It’s high quality and a good value for what you all receive.

set of four lens attachments for Osmo action 5 - definitely the most premium of these that I have tried. the only slight negative is that they are not stackable, and they require that you take off the OEM lens cover which requires either a wrench or a very , very strong hand. I was not able to take it off by hand. aside from that the ND filter, CPL, diffusion, and especially wide angle lens addon are very cool! only reason for 4 stars is I wish they had made them stackable, such as the ND combined with black mist.

We found this entire NEEWER 4-in-1 filter and lens kit for the DJI Osmo Action 4 to be of excellent, premium quality, right down to the details. The filters themselves feel well-built; the aluminum filter rings have a solid, precisely-machined feel, and the optical glass is crystal clear with no imperfections that we could see. The screw-on installation process, which replaces the camera's original lens ring, is very easy and feels very secure once attached.The performance of the individual components is great. The CPL and Black Mist Diffusion filters deliver the expected high-quality results, effectively cutting glare and adding a beautiful cinematic softness. The 185° Wide Angle lens is also a nice addition, providing a good field of view without noticeably affecting image quality. This set is very handy for our content creation, offering a lot of creative options in one case.The only issue we noted is with the Variable ND8-32 filter. When turned to its maximum setting (ND32), there is some noticeable vignetting (darkening in the corners), which is most apparent when shooting against a clear blue sky. While it’s less of an issue in 'normal' use, it is a limitation to be aware of. Because of this single minor flaw in an otherwise excellent kit, we still consider it a solid and highly useful product.
