This was a good purchase. No ground loops and the audio comes out clean.
CM 28 is value for money and adding CM5 give additional flexibility. However the CM5 does catch some noice.
I was thinking of buying a Rode Lavalier Lapel Microphone but it was expensive. I bought a pair of Neewer mic and used commercial interview video shooting, I love the quality of the sound. Worth the money. One negative thing is the cable of the microphone is a tiny bit thicker than I expected.
Most of the other entry-level lavs I've tried sound boxy, tinny, hollow or noisy. These little guys sound very professional! Smooth sound and nice low-end. Sound is very natural.Excellent product. Worth 3x the price!
I always find neewer products to be good value and these are no exception. The sound quality of these lavalier microphones is great for the price. It picks up sound from all directions quite well. The pop filter works well and the clamp clips on securely to clothing. I have used these with an audio recorder and as a replacement headset microphone when on my computer. For entry level lavalier microphones that won’t break the bank I don’t think you can go wrong with these ones.
I have been using many other products from NEEWER, their prices are affordable, and their quality is as good (or better) as any expensive name-brand items.Everything in this MIC is metal construction and very reliable. I know this because I've been using the same MICs that came with a NEEWER recording LAV-mic kit for a few months now - and got this set as I needed an extra pair.I do Tech/Music content creation, and in my application these MICs are especially useful for Harmonica and Saxophone recordings.I'm very happy with the performance. These external clip-on Lavalier mics are sensitive, 100% compatible, and do capture every nuance in vocals (singing), speech/talk, and even instrumental.I highly recommend this product.
