Perfect for phone! Light yet sturdy. Great smooth wheels. (the phone holder the product comes with is basic but good. The one you see on my picture is an old one I got years ago)
I expected this to be a glorified selfie stick. So many folding tripods are a poor mix of plastic and/or thin aluminum.This tripod is quite solid for the design. It's heavy, so that may limit which bags you want to take it in. It is tall. I'm 6 ft, and with the wheels this is significantly taller than I am. This makes it nice for a downlight angle.The legs are a bit tough to release from folded. That may improve over time. However, the twist lock works well in making sure it doesn't fold up on you. The wheels are nice and attach well. The roll smoothly and make this quick to reposition.Overall, I'm incredibly happy with this. Even if it is more expensive than similar shaped tripods, the quality you get here is worth every penny.
