I purchased the Neewer 660 PRO RGB LED Video Lights about six months ago and have been really impressed with their performance. These lights have quickly become an essential part of my YouTube video production setup (literally sold my old lights the moment I got these).Addressing Brightness Concerns:I've seen some comments suggesting that these lights aren't bright enough. However, in my experience, they've been more than adequate for my small studio space. They provide ample illumination for YouTube videos, even in challenging lighting conditions. The 50W output and dimmability options allow for precise control over the intensity of light, ensuring that you can achieve the desired look for your videos (and you can control it from your phone which is sweet).App Control: A Game-ChangerOne of the standout features of these lights is the ability to control them via a smartphone app. This level of convenience is truly remarkable. I can easily adjust color temperature, brightness, and special effects directly from my phone. I love this because I can have my camera set up and adjust lighting while viewing my composition and exposure.A Minor Quibble:The only minor downside I've encountered is the lack of a built-in grid box. While the lights produce beautiful, even light, a grid box would be useful for creating more directional light and softening highlights. However, this is a relatively minor issue that can be easily addressed with an aftermarket grid box.Overall, I highly recommend the Neewer 660 PRO RGB LED Video Lights to anyone looking for a versatile and affordable lighting solution for their small studio. Tech, Dogs, Drums and more

First off, after watching countless reviews, I pulled the trigger on this but was worried about how bright they would be. All I can say is they are BRIGHT! The ability to adjust the color temp has been a game changer too in my videos when using these as a key light.Where they really "shine" however, is using them as accents in RGB. If you want that fancy purple, blue, red, green background for your videos like all the YouTubers these days, these will do the job. The stands are very sturdy, and they even come with a nice little case. I have not used them on battery but from what I read they can last a long time this way too.After several uses I can't even thing of a single negative about these. As they say, lighting is the most important thing in your photo video and these made a HUGE difference.

These lights and stands are far better than I expected. The stands are so compact and yet are very tall. I agree its a bad idea to have power supplies dangling from the adapter cord so I either use a cable clamp I bought at Home Depot (see at bottom of first pic) or a little piece of Gorilla tape because I too don't want to bang up the power adapter port.Light throw is fantastic! I was hesitant because they seem smaller and have allocated half their bulbs to one temp but the throw is higher than expected. I have to light up two fighters facing each other and they deliver.Appearance is very pro. They are all solid metal, mount solid, and the carrying cases pack them safely. Nothing looks cheap or rigged.The app is really good too. I downloaded the app from the play store (android) and I was playing with these lights in a matter of minutes. I was able to figure out how to have 2 presets so that means I can have one setting for lighter skin people and another for darker skin people. This means less post adjustment time.I wished I had bought these sooner and I am excited to use these at my next gig.Update 4/15/2024: I have used these on dozens of gigs and still they work perfect. Keep in mind the range on the blutooth is limited to around 12 feet but its possible my phone is old. If these ever wear out, I am buying from this brand again.

I mean you can basically make this any color you want so what's not to love? Can be normal shades of white, or whatever color you can think of.The app on my iPhone worked great for picking out what I wanted, with no issues in setting it up or connecting to the lights.The barn doors were nice to be able to focus the light or let it all out depending on what you're going for.Overall this makes a great addition to my kit and can't wait to put it to use!
