I bought this Neewer kit to finally get those high-angle 'top shots', and I’m very impressed.What I like:Height & Reach: The TL253A stand is solid and reaches up to 42" (107cm) from the desk surface, which is perfect for working above a large monitor.• Stability: Even at its full extension with the MH022 flexible arm (28"/70cm), the setup remains stable. It easily supports my camera gear.• Build Quality: It’s typical Neewer quality—robust, easy to assemble, and the desk clamp is wide enough (up to 3.5") for thick desks.• Value: For about $75 CAD, you get a professional-grade rig that is much cheaper than high-end alternatives.Verdict:If you need flexibility and a clean "top-down" view of your workspace, this is a no-brainer. It covers my entire 55" x 27" (140cm x 69cm) desk perfectly. Highly recommended for YouTubers and content creators!
Decided to get this for my Twitch camera overview setup. Seems to work well.
Great quality, however the construction means that the device mounted at the end of the extendable arm will wobble, especially if it it's in a high position. In my use, with an Osmo Pocket 3, it is possible to see if someone is walking by purely based on the oscillations.
It's otherwise very well built with good quality extra attachments. I do think this is more adequate for an auxiliary light or for very still footage or a microphone, because of the aforementioned tendency to "oscillate"
I bought this to use as an arm to mount and LED panel as an overhead light for my workbench and it's been working nicely. The build is sturdy though given the length of the arm is not immune to a bit of wobble if the desk it's mounted to is bumped (but that would be true of even an rigid piece of steel). The extension joints on the pole are solid. The arm joints articulate well and don't seem to lose tension in my usage so far. The ball heads lock solidly enough to carry a decent amount of weight without sagging.

The product and setup was exactly what I was wanted. The arm clamp saves space and hold my tablet and securely. The 360 ball allows me to adjust and rotate the tablet easily. I like that the main post height can be adjusted depending what I'm using it for (re-hold my cell to play music, zoom call, video recording; take portraits or reference photo with my digital camera; clamp my lamp to the stem for an extra light source.Update: Three weeks in, the 360° ball broke. I think it was a defect. I contacted the company and their customer service was fantastic and I received a replacement in a week or so. I would still recommend. I have purchased a few NEEWAR items and the quality of the materials have great.
Strong and solid.. My only issue is if you could sell more arms independently. I love the arm and need another.
