This has rapidly become one of my go to lights.It’s a solid, slim and powerful little tool in my bag. It’s just got that nice sweet spot for everything I’m doing. Lots of accessories available, fits pretty much anything universally.Tough little unit.Took a 10 foot dive from a stand because I was not attentive. Picked it up, put the battery back in, and yep… I could sell it to you as new.It doesn’t really fit in your pocket unless you wear cargo pants. But I am not looking for it to do anything like that.Glad to see that spare batteries are available again, even though I’ve never had any issues with the battery life.

Lovely flash.... HOWEVER, IT DOES NOT COME WITH THE TRIGGER/RECEIVER. It is sold separately. Works well with my Canon RP. Lightweight and easily portable.

This a first-class light. Using it with the QPRO trigger in the studio and it’s performing flawlessly along with the Z2 and 760s. Tons of power in a small studio, and I love that it has HSS function for outdoors.
Great off camera flash. Very nice
This light comes with super sturdy heavy duty mount, battery & charger and a nice case with a strap. It is heavy and weighs a lot. Its made to use on a stand. I do wish it came with a soft cover diffusion & the umbrella, but its just the light. And you also need their other box to sync it to your camera. It says it has a modeling light you can use for video to leave on, but its not very bright and hardly useful in my opinion to use as a video light as its also very warm colored. The menus have lots of settings and it comes with Bluetooth turned on. If you are not using Bluetooth turn it off to save battey. It also has a phone app you can download and put on your phone to sync with other devices.. but i dont like malware and am really carful about 3rd party apps on my phone.
This strobe is an in-between size against my super small portable AD100pro and the RT610. I use most of these outdoors for fill or in high speed sync effects. I will find the Neewer perfect for the latter. It's lightweight and has the power. The back screen is excellent. It can be seen in all types of conditions. The controls/buttons work well and feel good. I rarely use the app but it has one and it works well. This strobe has just a diffuser on the front and no frenel lens. It gives a wider softer light that way. It does lack a Bowens mount which is fortunate. The accessories from the AD100pro attach to it fine with the magnetic mount. It's a bummer all three of these require their own trigger. The included mount is rather thick but very sturdy and smooth in its operation. I look forward to using this strobe more often.
The display on the back is intuitive and works really well even in direct sunlight. In a shootout of 5 other comparable units the q200 beats them all. Everything about it is great, the way it is designed, the look, and the feel. The others have a fernel giving you harsh light. This has a diffuser which is great for portraits which gives you a soft, even light. It's great because of the look it gives you with the best colors, it's warmer, and more friendly looking. It is the most professional, slickest, nicest producing light out of the 5 most popular ones. They all put out about the same light output, but it's not the quantity but rather the quality that sets it apart. Compared to the Profoto 1800 dollar which has a diffuser on the front also has an 8.09 while the q200 has an 8.07 at one sixth of the price and not much difference. It's a no-brainer. Highly recommended.
