Tested this flash on my Sony A6000 mirrorless camera, and it worked perfectly right out of the box. It mounted securely and synced without any issues. Neewer really hit the ball out of the park with this one. I love this mini camera flash, it actually works really well and I was surprised. When I ordered the product, I was questioning whether it actually had a real flash or was it just gonna be some bright LED lights, but using it, it actually flashed like an actual camera flash. The whole device is actually very small and built very well. Pressing the buttons on it gave a nice satisfying click feel and the lcd screen is clear and easy to read. It attached to my Fujifilm x100vi without issue, and after setting it up in the camera menu, it worked great without a hitch. I took a picture and it flashed quite brightly and I was able to see my picture was nice and bright. There is a little flashing blue light to indicate when the flash is ready as the charge builds up. On the device itself, there are options to change the brightness of the flash, or even turn on the LEDs inside for a fill light to film with. Despite the battery being only 800mAh, I was surprised how powerful and long lasting the light was.I recommend this product if you need a dedicated flash, it is great value and surprised me how well it works.

This is a compact size mini flash which is great to carry in the pocket. It is certainly not for portrait type setting, but good as a fill light in a dark and small setting. The mini flash has 8 brightness levels to select for flash and 9 brightness options as a video light (continuous on mode). I tried the flash on both of my (older) Canon EOS and Fuji XT3 DSLR cameras and the flash works well. It is overall simple to use with the LCD display and buttons in the back.
