The QS-120, with long locking knob, attached to the quick release plate on my fluid head, allows me to use any of my gear that has an arc-swiss plate. The long QS-120 allows for placement of the centre of gravity for a large lens to aid in balancing the lens on the tripod head.
I purchased the Neewer clamp with the long locking knob so that it extends past the fluid head bridge so that there's space for fingers to use the knob.

The locking knob only needs to be turned 3/4 of a turn to release an arca-swiss plate. I would feel more comfortable if several turns were required, as 3/4 of a turn could accidentally be accomplished. Perhaps fine thread (more threads per inch) on the locking knob shaft could be used to create additional turns needed to lock down/unlock arca-swiss plates.
