It is fast and easy to set up with adjustable legs and levels to make sure you get it all right. The app is quite intuitive to use and works seamlessly. The slider operates very smoothly and very quietly. I’m really quite impressed. This is great for so many creative shots.The quality is excellent and the operation is flawless. I highly recommend it.

Pros: this Neewer motorized camera slider has a sturdy build, and the movement can be adjusted to different speeds and set to stop at various points along the track. It’s super helpful for hands‑free, smooth recording and can create some really cool shots. It comes with a carrying case and works well for video, photography, and timelapse. The free app allows you to control settings hands‑free and acts as a remote, which is really convenient. It also holds my full‑frame Sony A7 with a lens attached with no issues.

Cons: it’s very big, I didn’t realize how large it was when ordering, and because of the size it requires a lot of storage space. The app was also tricky to use at first. It doesn’t include a charger, which it really should at this price point. And overall, it’s very expensive, which may be a drawback for some.

I am very impressed with the quality to price ratio with this slider. The build is fantastic, it slides smooth as butter and the ease of use is exactly what you would want. I wish I could have had stuff like this at a price like this 10 years ago.(Same price as my fairly ok tripod)I’ve been practicing to get some cool time-lapses and just loving how it works easily in app. Definitely recommend.
