NEEWER KM18 Wireless Lavalier Lapel Microphone For Smartphone PC

I use this microphone for a couple of things. First and foremost, it's great for when I'm giving presentations at work since they need to be recorded. I tend to move a lot when talking, so having a wireless microphone like this helps a lot.The reception is great, in fact it's better than wireless earbuds like the AirPods Pro or the Sony XM5s. And because there are two microphones in the box, I keep one for myself and give the other one to the audience if they want to ask questions.The sound quality is also pretty good. It does a great job cancelling out the background noise, especially if you have one of the included filters on. I'm not a sound expert but the quality is more than good enough for me.It also comes in very handy for when I make videos. These work better than the built-in iPhone microphone.Battery life is fairly good. I don't use the microphones for more than 2 hours at a time and they last that long very easily. So I can't complain. The case will charge the microphones a couple of times which is expected since it's HUGE.I would expect a case this big to double as a powerbank.I have two small annoyances though. First and foremost, when you connect the dongle to your phone, you can't immediately see the battery level. You need to look at the microphones. Secondly, these microphones get recognized as a headphone/microphone combo which means that your phone will be on mute as long as the microphone is connected. You can obviously change that setting, but there have been cases where I forgot and as a result didn't hear my phone ring.Overall, honestly, at this price point, this is a fantastic pair of wireless microphones.

I was expecting set up to be complicated but it was surprisingly easy, as simple as 'plug and play'. It works with all of my phone apps like Voice recorder, Camera, etc. They're small and compact, with multiple ways to wear them. I tested mine with the vacuum running in the background, when playing the recording back I could hear myself loud and clear with just a hint of the vacuum in the background.

This is quite a good Lavalier Microphone set for content creators as beginners or at a even medium level. This set comes with 2 wireless rechargeable lavalier microphones that are magnetic. They can attach to a clip so that you can clip it easily to your shirt, jacket or even your hat. There is also a lanyard disc that you can attach it to for a hands free around your neck wear.The kit comes with a contained docking station which also has an internal rechargeable battery to extent the use of your recording sessions to up to 24 hours if you are switching between microphones. The case has an easy to ready battery life display. The receiver plugs directly into your device and there is an adapter so that you can plug into the old and newer iPhones as well as the Samsung devices.These microphones does a pretty good job of recording my voice and a bit of the surrounding noise. Just wearing the microphones just above my chest on my jacket and talking normally without raising my voice resulted in a pretty clear recording. If it is windy then the fury covers are needed as the recording is interrupted by the wind but the fury covers do shed the fur easily.I could hear doors closing and cars passing by fairly well and it did not drown out my voice which was good as it does sound bad for me to have to pause talking when I see a car getting close to me.There are 2 fury windshield covers for the microphones which do a decent job of reducing the noise from the wind and ambient noises. There is a storage pouch to keep everything together and to prevent it from getting scratched and damaged.It is definitely a good set to upgrade to from a beginner grade microphone set or if you plan to record a lot of content as a beginner anticipating a bunch of failed attempts.

I walked around the house and had 2 walls between the receiver and the microphone and there were minimal problems with cutting out still.In my test the echo of my voice going into a bathroom can be heard, as well as our cat purring in another room!I am most impressed with the Neweer KM18 and the fact that there are 2 microphones as well as a charging case and accessories adds great value to the Wireless Lavalier kit ⭐.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This Wireless Microphone is easy and convenient mic set that worked straight out of the box. I just plugged the receiver into my phone and the mics paired automatically. The sound quality is clear and the noise cancellation helps cut out background noise though it’s not completely perfect in really loud spaces. The mics are lightweight and clip on easily and don’t feel bulky to wear. The charging case is a nice touch showing battery levels and keeping everything charged for long recording sessions. Each mic lasts around 8 hours and the case gives extra charges. So I never had to worry about them dying in the middle of filming. One thing I noticed is that the range is great in open spaces but if there are walls or furniture in the way the signal can get weaker. Overall, this is a great mic set for casual content creation. It’s easy to use, sounds good and has a solid battery life.
