The flash tube resists high heat and high voltage for stable performance and 1000 continuous full power flashes (flash power adjustment: 4.0-10 (1/64-1/1)). The HD display provides a visual reference and saves data for quick flash setups

Aside from a camera and (optional) backdrop, this is everything you need to take professional quality photographs. The stands are decent quality, the lights are really nice, and the triggers work well.There are a lot of different settings and controls on the lights, and it takes some practice and experimentation to figure things out, so there is definitely a learning curve. But I couldn't get over the quality of the photos I was taking. I usually just do video, but this set makes me wonder whether I could do some photography jobs on the side.Overall, even though this set isn't cheap, it's a solid investment if you want to set up a photography studio in one sweep.

I’m by no means a professional photographer, but when I need to take professional photos, I prefer to just take the time and do it myself. This kit allowed me to take portraits and headshots of myself and family with spectacular results.I set up one strobe light, a soft box, and the remote trigger. That’s all I needed for a small maybe 10x10 room with no natural light. I had to turn down the brightness of the lights to not overexpose my portraits against a white background. The flash transmitter and receiver worked as designed.The only downside is the kit is large and takes a while to set up. It comes with a large bag that would take up most of the space in your car trunk. It also takes quite a while to get setup, especially putting together the softboxes and mounting them. Other than that I really l like this kit. I was able to turn one room into my house into what looked like a full blown portrait studio and the results I got with mirrorless camera were impressive. Portraits of my subjects were very well lit, with minimal shadows (I had set up the reflector as well) and that was just from one light and the lights in the room dimmed to near nothing.Overall – very good kit, just know it’s not really portable and something you can quickly get up and running.

Let me preface this by saying I am not, nor have I ever been, a professional photographer. I am just someone who grew up with photography as a hobby. I really never had any equipment growing up other than a camera and a cheap lens or two. Over the years, I learned to work with what I had and always made excuses for why my photos weren't as good as they could have been. I would even say that I prefer to shoot natural light with everyone and everything, but I think that was just a cop-out and just me being scared to try new techniques. With the age of digital photography, trying new techniques is very easy and not time consuming at all really. It's insanely easy to at least get your exposure right with whatever equipment you are using. So I can get an all-in-one kit like this that does everything you might need it to, and do it well. I personally think that it's worth the cost of admission to try out flashes/strobes and try to become a better photographer overall. This doesn't fix your composition issues, but at least you can practice the shots you want to nail the exposure effect you want.
