TL;DR - Versatile. Sturdy. A helping hand when you need it. An easy endorsement from a working pro.I work as a full-time professional photographer and this super clamp has been a great addition to my kit.Neewer, in my experience has been a mixed bag typically associated with mid-tier modifiers and lighting equipment, though I have found their recent offerings have improved quite a bit. The build quality of this clamp is testament to their overall improvement.The entire assembly feels exceptionally solid in hand and aside from the rubber pads on the clamps there isn't a speck of plastic to be found; not even on the handles. Bravo, Neewer, bravo. I'm sure the temptation to substitute cheaper materials to save on costs was immense.When fully tightened, the clamps exhibit great rigidity. And try as I might, I cannot induce any play into the device with my bare hands.In terms of real world usage, the clamps function exactly as promised and has proven to be quite useful both in and out of the studio. I've used it to mount flashes, cameras, umbrellas, and reflectors on any surface I can clamp them to with great success. I've even used it to hold sandbags when there was nothing else to hang them on.Given the relatively small footprint and the fact that I can attach it to the outside of my equipment bag makes it easy to carry without concerns about having to leave something else behind.It's not often that I can speak so positively about a product, but this is worth every penny.5/5 GRIPPING STARS

This is a great addition to your on the go video kit. With a very portable form factor, superior build quality and so many useful applications. This 2 ball centre pivoting magic clamp arm from NEEWER is yet another winner.The build: All high grade stainless steel with anti corrosion and rust resistant black anodization paint. All clamps have micro rubberized texture to help with adhesion on any surface. The ball heads are well machined and feature vary smooth movement. Allowing you granular placement of any accessories. The centre pivot joint and tightening screw are also superior in quality. Once tightened it won't move an inch. The unit can be positioned in a plethora of variations allowing you strategic placement of anything your heart desires. The clamping force is high and could potentially damage weaker structures. So keep this in mind when choosing a mounting option. There are many screw hole attachment points and cold shoe mounts. The screws feature standard and specific types of mounting options. Witch adds once again to this units overall versatility. Think of it like a Swiss army knife of accessory potential.Final thoughts: This is a must for any filmmaker or video lover on the go. You can bring this in a small blogging bag and use this anyway you see fit. From protecting your gear from the elements to having an extra light or microphone. You can attach even strobe lights. highly recommended.
