Great for recording videos. Which is what I originally bought it for but then I got the wild idea to grow in a garden raised bed in my room. I start growing tomato and the light at 100% is so bright the allowed my seed to grow in an area that has no direction sunlight. So if you want lighting that mimics the sun and that can adjust in height get these. I plan on using them as my tomato plants get larger I’ll just adjust the light 💡👍🏼.

Overall the quality is quite good for the price point with the led display and metal “eyelids.” The ability to make the light harsh and on the other hand warm was lovely for still shots. Definitely not the brightest lights I did notice it lacked a little bit in that end. But overal good product
