There's not really much to say here as this backplane simply replaces the Moment lens style backplane that comes with the PA006 cage for the iPhone 14 Pro with a different one that's compatible with 17mm threaded M type lenses.This cage option fits the PA006 nicely, so it's an easy recommendation if the different lens option is desirable to you.

It is a perfect fit and offers not only extra protection to your device but also provides an external lens mount, which is an amazing feature for your videography and photography. A month ago I got some lenses from a company called Sandmarc and their leather case with the lens mount. The lens mount on the case started getting lose after some use and it felt like eventually it would just come off. I was sent 2 more replacement cases and they both did the same. This lens mount plate works great and since it’s aluminum, there’s no way this is coming loose when attached to the Neewer cage that’s compatible. Now I don’t have to worry about my lenses potentially falling off and breaking. This backplate is awesome for those Sandmarc lenses and would recommend!

I like how this case claimed to be compatible with the iPhone 14 Pro and it's true - fits like a glove. It's made from good materials, durable, and should last a long time even if I was to drop the phone. A good value for the money.
