I didn’t know the stand does not have a case to carry it! So beware if you need a case, you will need to look for it.

I bought this for my studio lights. Very sturdy and perfect for the job!

Now this is what you call heavy duty !! It is a 100% on sturdiness. I have seen what isn't sturdy so this defines it sturdy ! I rated 5 on light weight because I didn't want to give anything less...you can't have heavy duty and it is light weight ! It is heavy ....but not complaining. I would rather have something heavy carrying my light! Good job...I love it !

I was impressed with the sturdiness and quality for price. It has held up well for a strobe and large modifier. No problem placing Godox strobe onto the stand. No need for additional adapters or spigot. As an extra measure of studio safety, sandbags are suggested to weigh down all stands in general. Was able to take an advantage of a flash sale as well. However, regular price is still good compared to other stands. I would consider buying another one.

Bought to support and add height for my AD300. I use hybrid monopods for AD200's, not strong enough for the AD300. Works well, decent build, spring loaded. Need to make sure it locks or slips or rises due to to springs. Mostly happy and good for price. My work is remote so I try to get light weight equipment to spare the extra effort. A little more weight than I like but still good.

The light stand is great. Sturdy, strong, and easy to set up. The only weird thing is that the stand didn't fit in the box it came in. It stuck out the top by about 3 inches, and the top wouldn't close. Fortunately, everything was there, and nothing was damaged. This stand is actually better quality than my other three.

These stands are awesome! Very sturdy! Before using these, I was using those cheap ones that come in those 3 pack video light kits. These I really dont have to worry about them falling over where the other ones I had would fall over all the time. I would suggest these for anyone who's looking for something cheaper in price to a c stand, or someone looking for something lighter then a c stand but is still sturdy.

These are perfect and great for smaller light weight LED Lights and/or panels. And that's all they should be used for, people be trying to throw on 20+ Pounds of equipment on them and complain. Use common sense people.

This stand is amazing..!!! You wont regret at all..!! so nice quality and heavy built - but easy to carry !! Supports my heavy Neewer S400n strobe light perfectly..!! Buy 2 of these and you can even make your own backdrop support!! !! It is air suspension for the 1st and the 2nd rod inside. !!Overall - very nice buid , strong and durable..!!

I am an amateur enthusiast and use these stands for softboxes and speed lights (portable flash), but they would work very with a heavier studio light also. They are larger than cheaper stands, thicker, sturdier and more smooth. The feet can open quite wide so it will be stable with a heavier load. The collar at each joint seems to be made of metal rather than plastic. I recently had a cheaper one snap in half at the plastic joint connection when I was only carrying it upstairs. It knocked quite lightly against a wall and the plastic collar snapped in half. They are not air cushioned but each extension is spring cushioned/loaded so if you accidentally let the extension drop with equipment on it, it won't suffer a hard jolt and should be fine. These look quite sturdy and professional. They make my other stand look cheap and spindly in comparison. I'm sure you can pay more for better quality yet, but I don't think you can go wrong with these unless you have very heavy duty needs. I liked it so much I bought a 2nd. I should have bought the 2 pack to start with.
