Convenient & Secure Mounting- The long lever enables you to tighten the super clamp with minimal effort. "LIFT" the long handle and then swivel to tighten the super clamp if there are obstructions
Super Clamp for Round/Flat Surfaces- This super clamp mount can fix on flat desks up to 1.6" (4cm) thick with the wedge insert. Removing the insert, it can grip on round objects 0.2"-2.4" (0.5-6cm) in diameter, such as background crossbars, rods, tubes, poles and tripod legs. Nonslip rubber pads bring more stability for a stationary position
6" Extension Arm- There is a spring buckle and a knob lock to ensure the security while mounting. Plug the hexagonal tip of the 6" Extension Arm into the super clamp while pressing the quick release spring lock, and then swivel the knob lock to tighten further
4"/10cm Dual Purpose Stud- After putting into the extension arm, this stud can be used for two purposes. One end is the 5/8" thread suitable for ring lights, strobes, monolights, LED studio video lights, LED panel lights, and other devices. One end is a standard 1/4" thread that can be compatible with cameras, microphones, etc

This clamp is great because it's designed to avoid the problems magic arms have. Magic arms are strong when tightened but a small knock can be enough to loosen the entire arm.This super clamp is designed flat, in a way that torque of the mounted device works to keep the arm on the pole. In short, even if you mess up the tightening a little, it doesn't slide off right away.The design, sturdy metal build quality allows this mount to be used in more professional settings with less fidgeting.

I make videos and this has been a great tool for propping up my lights for video production. It makes it incredibly versatile when you’re on the move and not sure of the location and what you have to work with. I’ve done recordings outside my studio and have brought this with me and it has saved me! Very well constructed material and sturdy. The grip is very strong, be sure to measure how strong you torque it as it could crush something like a camera pole. Works very well for all situations and easily holds up my light with condenser. It is on the weightier side but it can hold what it needs to! Would definitely be getting another one for my studio. You really can’t have just one!

Well made with durable materials and has a nice strong grip. Holds my heavish light with no drooping or sagging. Tightening it is super easy thanks to the turn knob design. Works really well

This is now the sturdiest clamp I own! Sturdy enough to hold anything I want to mount. If I were doing sfx, I'd imagine this has a solid enough lockoff for doing twinning and other special effects.Just what I needed for lights, cameras, monitors, microphones, or an overkill headphone stand...wherever I need one. Besides light stands, this mounts well to tables, kitchen countertops, stair rails, and all other kinds of places.The only drawback which I agree with another review is that I wish you could turn the extension 90 degrees. Interestingly, you can insert the extension rotated 45 degrees. I might play with using this to mount a boom arm.I have a lot of budget equipment that would not be fit for pros, but this clamp feels like it could withstand the rigors of pro equipment abuse. This feels like a lifetime investment piece of equipment.

I have a couple of super clamps already and they are one of the most useful additions to my lighting equipment that I've ever had. I needed another and went looking and discovered that Neewer now do one. I have always been very happy with their equipment, so I ordered it.What you get is a very nicely finished solid metal super clamp, a six-inch extension arm, and a four-inch dual purpose stud.The super clamp has a very smooth action, and the extension arm fits into it snugly and securely. The dual-purpose stud fits into the extension arm again very securely. One end of the stud features a 5/8" baby pin and the other end has a 1/4" 20 thread.I have found that all my other extension arms and studs work interchangeably with Neewer's.Overall, this is a nicely made set and if you are in the market for a super clamp set then this one by Neewer would be a good choice.

This is one solidly made clamp. This makes it possible to add additional lights or accessory to a light stand. It can easily handle 15lbs and as long as you have a counterweight or sandbag to balance out the light stand, this clamp will hold the lights in place. The unit comes with clamp, extension arm, double-sided light mound and removable insert to accommodate both flat and round tubes. Excellent tool for those needing to add additional lights to existing light stands. Highly recommended!

This is perfect for what I needed it for. I wanted an extended arm that I could clamp to my light stand so that I could attach my camera to it for recording videos. I've been using a Canon T5i, a moderately heavy DSLR, and the clamp holds extremely strong. And I like that you can take a rubber piece out of the clamp to allow it to grab onto smaller rods too.The rubber on this clamp is solid. I have another camera clamp where the rubber is attached using very strong glue, but over extended time (several days), the rubber started to slip away from the glue due to the weight of my camera. The rubber on this Neewer clamp doesn't use glue and won't slip like my other one.

This is a decently beefy clamp for its size. I really like that it can be used on flat surfaces like a desktop or shelf in addition to being clamped onto a stand. I also like that you have the option of using the baby pin directly with the clamp without the extension arm. Overall, I think this is a really useful and versatile clamp arm.
