This multipurpose lamp is a perfect desk companion. The soft white light is adjustable from cool to warm tones in order to match the needs that you have. The large 10.5" ring light is great to add some fill for FaceTime or Zoom calls on your phone. It's also bright enough to be a great help as an overhead light if you're working on small detail oriented tasks like soldering. The included phone mount attaches easily and setup is a breeze. It can be powered from a simple USB A port which means you can use it nearly anywhere. Plug it into a battery bank or your laptop when on the go. The lamp sits at 23" at its shortest setting and extends all the way to 29" at its longest setting--easily clearing the height of most laptops. Good value for the money. Highly recommend.
Super sturdy stand and very adjustable – in height, in brightness of the light, and color temperature. It's easy to set up and comes with some extra accessories if you want to mount your phone or a camera. The buttons are located directly under the light, so it might be easier to operate if they were in-line on the cord, but they're still easy to reach. If they were less visible, this could easily pass as a normal desk light. It's everything you need in a desktop application, but doesn't come with a power brick, and it's powered by an older USB-A cable, so I wish it would have been USB-C to make it easier to plug into my laptop. At max brightness, it does get a little warm, but nothing too concerning. At 10 inches across, it is a bit larger than I expected, so keep that in mind if you have a smaller desk.
