And although the kit comes with included reflective shade, it has the Bowens mount ready to accept an abundance of other accessories for broadening your effects.It should be noted that I am not a professional. But from what I've seen while assisting fruends and colleagues during media recordings, seeing their equipment and setup, this is a focal point of any scene creation, when producing commercials, independent film, it social media content. Wherever you want to stand above the rest, you want the best possible lighting. And an ability to adjust it accordingly for the changing conditions. So that your project has consistent lighting throughout the time of your production. And this has great scene modes, colour and depth.The body is extremely robust. And with instant adjustment on the back of the lamp, you can adjust it easily, dialing in the exact texture you want. As well, you have the ability to adjust it even more, while at your camera remotely. So that as you tune it in, you're seeing the exact effect being projected to your lens and screens.With sturdy hardware for mounting on tripod, lanyard, ties, ceiling mounts, or by hand held, you have the perfect control of how and where you want to focus. And as it is a heavy duty lamp, it is still very lightweight. Providing exceptional versatility and easy functionality.Where several different angles and effective lamps may be required for specific scenes, this one piece has capability of providing a wide array and versatile effects, to replace several lamps to equal this one. Like the other Neewer gear I own, this 210W 5600K LED Video Light is nearly flawless. It is solidly built, has intuitive and useful controls, and works with the Neewer app so I can control several lights from one device.Note that this is a 5600K light only. It is adjustable from 1 to 100 percent brightness but you cannot change the colour temperature unless you use lighting gels.The 98500 lux maximum illumination is very bright! From 1 metre away, it is approximately the brightness of full sun on a clear day. At lower levels it is perfect to supplement daylight coming in through windows, or as a fill light when shooting outdoors in bright sun.

One thing that I have neglected to mention in my previous reviews of Neewer lights, is that they come packaged in closed cel foam with precise cut-outs for the equipment. I have found that I can take that exact foam and drop it into a road case and have my light well-protected and ready to travel just like that.

As a content creator, I’ve used my fair share of video lighting solutions, but the NEEWER CB200 210W LED Video Light truly stands out! From its build to the powerful output, this light has quickly become a favorite for my setup.The CB200 is a hefty unit – it feels very solid and durable, which I appreciate for studio use. The metal body with a sleek, brushed-metal finish looks professional and doesn’t feel like it’ll wear out any time soon. It is heavier than some other lights I’ve tried, but I’m okay with the trade-off for such a robust design.When I first turned it on, I was blown away by how bright it is. The daylight-balanced 5600K light is perfect for creating that crisp, natural look I love for video and photography. I primarily use it at home for recording tutorials, and it’s powerful enough to light up my entire set without washing out the details. The Booster mode is a nice feature, giving that extra punch when needed, though it does mean the fan might kick in – surprisingly, this fan is quiet enough that it hasn’t interfered with my audio recording yet.The light comes with a 2.4G wireless control app, which I found a bit hit-or-miss. While the app did connect quickly, the controls felt a bit unresponsive on my tablet, and my phone struggled to even detect the device. It's still nice having app control as an option, though I often find myself sticking with the onboard controls since they're simple and straightforward.The Bowens mount on this light is super versatile. I’ve used a couple of different reflectors and modifiers, and while the mount is a bit snug, it holds everything securely. The reflector included with the light does tend to create a slight hotspot, but I’ve managed to work around this by using a different modifier.For me, the NEEWER CB200 has proven to be a reliable, high-output light that fits my needs as a part-time videographer and photographer. It’s not a fully professional setup, but for its price point, it’s hard to beat. If you're looking for a solid, bright, and versatile light with straightforward controls and quiet operation, this is definitely worth considering.
