NEEWER AC026 Protective Cover with Carabiner for DJI Osmo Pocket 3

This has to be the best protective cover for dji cosmo pocket 3. So durable and strong.

This is another genius accessory from Neewer. It's a hard case that goes over (on the other side) of the factory hard case that comes from DJI. Since DJI factory case if open on one side, I was always a bit concerned when I put the camera in it an put it on in my pocket or my back. Pocket 3 could come out of the case and tiny gimbal could get damaged.However, with this extra cover, you are protecting the camera form both sides! It's really easy to just slide it over the factory case and have a complete hard shell protecting you camera from all sides! It fits the factory case perfectly and is really easy to both install and remove over it.I have used this cover extensively for 2 months at this point and took it on trips to Japan, Portugal, Spain, and two cruises. It performed flawlessly, never coming off of the factory base and protecting my camera from all sides.You can use it both with the extended battery on your camera or without, just like the original camera case from DJI - it's open-ended on the bottom, but provides all-around protection on all sides.The only thing I ended up not using the the lanyard that comes with this cover. It seems like it goes into the top hole on the case, but then it gets in the way if you close this half over the factory half of the case. It's no biggie though, it's still a nice little lanyard that can be used elsewhere.

A simple and cost-effective but efficient piece of equipment for your pocket three. Build quality is lightweight but sturdy and matches the product well. I like how it threads through the original case and provides extra functionality. It's so good you wonder why it didn't come with one from the factory.

This protective cover is very well made and fits the Pocket 3 perfectly, just like the factory original case. The material feels solid and the finishing shows good attention to detail. A very smart part of the design is the hole at the top of the cover, which allows the lanyard to pass through securely. This means that even when the lid is open, the device will not accidentally slip out. The cover provides both protection and convenience, making it practical for daily use or travel. Overall, it is a simple but clever accessory that adds peace of mind and is definitely worth recommending to any Pocket 3 owner.

If you have the OSMO 3, and love the one-sided case, but don't like when it's in a bag with other things, or dislike leaving half of it exposed: This is for you.This is a one-sided cover which completely protects the exposed side of the OSMO 3 when it's in the hard-shell half covered case (that comes with the OSMO). Anyone who uses the original OSMO case and wants more protection without bulk will get exactly that here.Pros:-super hard shell.. It's a hard plastic. Very durable so far-It fits perfectly flush even with the wide lens in the original case-they designed it so there's this way it stays attached to the original case as opposed to having two distinct pieces as a case (it's essentially allowing you to thread something through the osmo case opening).-it's not bulkyCons:-the bottom of the OSMO (underside) is still exposed in a way, but this case isn't intended for full protection. It's honestly meant to be a case (or as I think it is) that allows you to use the case the osmo comes with, but get more protection without adding too much 'real estate' to the mix.-If you're filming, and holding the empty case now, there's just an additional pieces vs one, and depending how you set up the case, it can feel like you're holding something extra (that can be dangling around).I took it outside today, walked with it a bit, went to the park. It was perfect holding it in my hand. It secures it perfectly, and i can take the osmo out easily, and finally - no more camera lens shifting around being exposed.If you have the OSMO 3, you will immediately get why this add on matters.

Great addition for protection and portability. Would highly recommend if your travelling or doing events with the DJI Pocket 3.

I picked this up for my DJI Osmo Pocket 3 hoping for a compact and secure solution for carrying it around. The case itself is definitely solid—very sturdy and protective, especially for travel or outdoor use. The material feels tough, and the included carabiner is a nice touch for clipping it to a bag or belt.That said, I’m not a fan of the overall design concept. When you open the case, it feels like you’re dealing with two separate parts rather than one cohesive unit. It would’ve made much more sense to use a hinged design so the top stays connected—right now it just feels awkward and a bit clunky. It doesn’t feel like it naturally integrates with the original case, and that really takes away from the user experience.Also, I noticed there’s quite a bit of contact with the gimbal when putting it in or taking it out. While there’s a small protective pad, I still didn’t feel totally confident—the gimbal is delicate, and this case doesn’t make me feel fully reassured during frequent use.There’s no doubt it offers strong protection, but I honestly think there are better-designed options out there that offer the same level of security with more thoughtful, user-friendly construction.
