The flash tube is resistant to high heat and high voltage for stable performance and continuous full power flashes (flash power adjustment: 4.0-10 (1/64-1/1)). The HD LCD screen provides a visual reference and saves data for quick flash setups
  • 2.4G Wireless Q System & S1/S2 Modes- S101-400W PRO can work with the 2.4G 16 channel trigger and enable 1/200s high speed sync within 100ft/30m when set on the same channel. S101-400W PRO also works with QPRO Trigger (sold separately) for a quicker sync and better anti interference capabilities due to 1-99 wireless IDs and 32 channels. It can be triggered by a manual master unit in the S1 mode and a TTL master unit in the S2 mode

Neewer Q compact 2.4G trigger (with hot shoe, sync cord and battery)6. manualThis is a high energy 400 watt strobe flash for photography and it's powerful enough to be used as a main light, but you can also adjust the power level and use it as your back light or hair light. In addition to adjusting power/intensity, you can also adjust color temperature in 9 levels from warm to cool. It comes with a standard Bowens style reflector and other Bowens style light modifiers can be used. The arm to mount this to a light stand is permanently attached to the bottom of the light and it allows for angle adjustment. There is a hole for passing through the handle of a soft light umbrella (not included).Several flash modes are available:> manual control> Slave 1 and Slave 2 optical control modes> control via a 3.5mm sync socketSlave 1 is a mode where the light will act as a slave flash which is triggered by the first flash of a master flash unit.Slave 2 is a mode where the light will respond to up to 2 external flashes within two seconds. It will trigger when it receives the 2nd signal. (Useful for cameras with a pre-flash function). It can work in TTL and act as a slave flash.The included Q compact 2.4G trigger has 16 selectable channels.It's important to note that this is a STROBE light meant for photography and not for video. The modeling lamp is mainly there to help you see and focus your camera in low light settings, then the trigger sets off the flash which does the lighting for the photo.The instruction manual is well written, buttons to operate the unit are well labeled and laid out on the back of the unit, and screens are easy to read. This is a good, complete strobe light package for a small photography studio.

I have been looking for a Qpro compatible strobe from Neewer for a while now. I have been using the Neewer Q4 for a couple of months now and I have been wanting a more budget second strobe for my studio work. In the past I was using the Neewer speedlites but they did not always deliver the power that I needed. With this strobe, I can match the 400w output of the Q4 and create more dynamic lighting scenarios than I could with the speedlites.This 400w strobe performs well in a studio environment and produces a nice consistent lighting. This strobe is not battery powered and is best suited for the studio. The screen is easy to read. Great budget strobe for studio photographers of all levels.

I just want to be clear this is a studio light does not come with the case and is not really designed for transport that said it's a perfect studio light plenty of power built in 2.4 trigger modeling lamp easy like modification with standard adapters

The neewer S101 400W pro strobe flash light is the best for studio photography. The 2.4G trigger makes it easy to control the light wirelessly. The 150w modeling lamp is bright and perfect for previewing the light setup, this flash provides ample power and coverage. The Bowens mount reflector allows for easy attachment of light modifiers. The different modes offer flexibility for different shooting scenarios. The silent fan is a nice touch. Compatible with qpro, this strobe light is a must have. 5 ⭐

I am a very experienced videographer but nearly amateur photographer. For years, I have used my video lighting for photography, but I decided it was time to invest in strobes since I have been shooting larger spaces lately, and carrying enough bright LEDs is expensive and cumbersome. I love this NEEWER strobe, its light and portable and easy to carry. It includes a trigger and is bright and super easy to use, even for a newbie.
