Before I bought these, I did a lot of research. I compared it to the highest brand ones out there and these are up to par with the better quality ones at a better price give it a shot. You won’t be disappointed if I could say anything else about them. I would say wish the external microphones were just standard included, but it’s an option for people who want them or not.

TL;DR - A simple, but fairly comprehensive wireless audio kit that's great for the price.DISCLAIMER - This review sample was provided to me free of charge. The opinions expressed are solely my own with no input from either manufacturer or Amazon.CONTEXT - I have worked for a decade as a professional photographer. But I am a complete beginner when it comes to video. Take that into consideration when reading this review.INITIAL IMPRESSIONS & USAGE- Considering the price, out of the box I was pretty impressed with the build quality, the design, and how comprehensive the kit was. I personally love when devices come with a functional carry case and this scored big points in my book. Sadly, no easy cable management, but Neewer does include an additional soft carry bag (not pictured) for wires.- Included pop filters are a nice touch and the inclusion of additional clip on lav mics is nice. I do wish there was a 3.5 to 2.5 jack adapter, but such is life.- Initial setup is super simple. Plug the receiver into your camera body with the included 3.5mm wire (sorry no 2.5mm included), mics automatically sync to the receiver when removed from the case, and you're good to go.- Battery life was quite good during my usage. Solid for a half-day gig.- Audio quality was decent, but nothing amazing especially when compared to my Rode Video Mic Pro (an unfair comparison), but if you're looking for an easy way to make a boom mic wireless, this kit does enable you to plug in other mics into the transmitter.- Just another comment on audio quality. I'm sure someone who actually knows what their doing can clean up the audio in post. As a complete noob, I can only really comment on what I heard out of camera, which for the record is pretty good especially in a more controlled environment. So don't let my testimony dissuade you from testing these out for yourself.-Overall a great value in my eyes. If you're looking to get into video and want to step up your audio game, this is a no brainer.5/5

I have been using these for about two months now and I'm impressed by the quality of these microphones. I typically use a dynamic or condenser microphone plugged into my audio interface or my Zoom recorders, but this setup is so much easier. The audio quality is excellent along with the noise cancellation. Recording podcasts or videos is much easier with these and I don't have to spend time setting up cables, as well as microphones and accessories. You simply clip these on and start recording. I have been using the onboard storage for capturing audio and then bringing it into my DAW for editing. The onboard 4GB of memory in each transmitter allows you to record several hours of high-quality audio in 48KHz Wav format. We can now just clip these microphones on and record our podcast just about anywhere as the units come with everything you need to record quality audio. The kit includes a charging case for the microphones and receiver and all the necessary cables you would need to record to external devices. Everything fits nicely into the included carrying bag. I have also been using this to record audio with my DSLR cameras as the kit does include a connection cable for that purpose. This is an impressive unit, and the quality is excellent for the cost of this kit. Anyone who wants to record excellent audio with a simple setup can't go wrong purchasing this item.
