I have seldom needed their customer service, but when I have, they have always been prompt and helpful. They should hold up to years of use, which is especially key for a product designed to be repeatedly folded and unfolded.The silver reflector is a pro-grade lining that will maximize light output, and prevent the loss of power from the flash. The light generated from the softbox is diffused, providing fill light and eliminating harsh shadows.The diffusers attach to the flash by an elastic strap using Velcro, allowing you to attach it to flashes of different shapes and sizes.
