This is a very versatile and one heck of a killer bi color, LED lamp. Super functional easy easy to mount sturdy as heck and absolutely beyond the quality I expect from neewer. Battery life isn’t existent as it’s plug-in, but I love this unit and have been using it pretty regularly and find it to be very very reliable

This is a fantastic studio light with a lot of flexible options, especially when paired with a good quality softbox.The light itself is fairly lightweight and lends itself to portable setups when paired with a battery. The body of the light is plastic, but it feels solid and should be able to standup to normal studio use. The connection points are solid and the adjustment knobs are light, but not flimsy. The bowens mount operates smoothly (it doesn't feel like you need to use any excessive force).The kit it comes with is nice with average quality components. The mount and stand are more on the lightweight/cheaper side, so if you're using it anywhere it might get bumped, I'd pair it with a weight/sandbag (especially when using a larger softbox). The case is nice for storage, but it won't put up with any serious abuse, so I'd probably put it in a tough-box for any serious travel.The light is easily adjustable with the controls on the back of the light for both power output and light quality/color. It produces a nice-looking quality of light similar to other, more expensive studio lights. The fan was still pretty silent after about an hour of continuous use at medium-high power. Overall I'd say I'm really happy with this light and look forward to using it!

Took this out to photograph and event over the weekend. I put this up in a softbox on one side as a fill, then used my flash in a second box on the other side as my main. Ran it at about 85% for over 2 hours with no issues. Just as easy to use as any other video light and I didn't detect any odd banding in my photos or see any flickering. Didn't even notice the fan going even though I know that it was. Bowens mounts loaded up into it just fine. A good addition to the kit.

The Bowens mount is another huge plus, since I can use it with my existing softboxes, reflectors, and modifiers. The fan runs quietly, which is perfect for recording or streaming.For around $300 (less with coupons), this IS professional-grade lighting at a very fair price. It’s powerful, versatile, and reliable—ideal for creators, photographers, or streamers who need consistent, high-quality light without spending double on big-name brands. Highly recommended!
