Got this for starlink mini. Just need an adapter for the dish so you can mount it to any tripod. Went with this for the carbon fiber and metal parts. It'll adjust very low to the ground, even laying the legs out flat to prevent wind blowing over the dish. If needed, this tripod has an anchor point underneath where you can hang a heavy object from or use some string/rope attached to a ground stake. Have bought other tripods from thks brand and they are good quality for the price.

The FreeSea 72-inch aluminum tripod immediately feels like a professional-grade tool designed for versatility and stability. The build quality is excellent—solid aluminum construction that’s both lightweight and sturdy enough to handle heavier DSLR setups. The 15kg load capacity feels reliable; even with a full-frame camera and telephoto lens, the tripod stays steady without wobble. The two-section transverse center column is the real highlight. It can rotate 360° horizontally and move vertically from 0° to 180°, which makes it perfect for overhead shots, flat lays, product photography, or architectural work. The ball head feels smooth and precise, locking firmly in place once you’ve framed your shot.Height adjustment is quick and effortless thanks to the flip locks on the 5-section legs. It extends all the way to 72 inches but also folds down compactly to just under 17 inches, fitting easily into the included carry bag. The adjustable leg angles help stabilize the tripod on uneven terrain, making it dependable for outdoor photography as well. The detachable monopod is another smart feature—it converts easily for quick handheld shooting when you need mobility. The quick-release plate works with standard mounts and makes camera swaps fast and secure. For its price, this tripod offers excellent value and features that rival much more expensive models. The only small drawback is that the center column rotation can take a bit of getting used to for beginners, but once familiar, it adds incredible shooting flexibility.Overall, the FreeSea 72-inch tripod is ideal for photographers and videographers who need a stable, adaptable, and travel-friendly setup—perfect for everything from landscape and portrait photography to product and studio work.

This NEEWER Carbon Fiber Tripod (TP39) is an absolute dream for photographers and content creators like me! 🙌🏽 It’s lightweight yet super sturdy, holding up to 13.2 lbs with ease — perfect for DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, or even my smartphone setup 🎬. The 360° ball head allows smooth movement for cinematic pans, and I love the anti-slip quick-release plate that keeps everything secure while filming or shooting 💫. The reversible legs and inverted central axis make it easy to switch between tripod and monopod mode for different angles and styles. Plus, the carbon fiber build feels premium but is light enough to take anywhere — ideal for travel, outdoor shoots, or studio setups. Total pro-level gear for serious creators 🔥✨

I selected the NEEWER TP39 tripod primarily for its lightweight design, making it a practical choice for travel and situations where packing space is limited. At just 1kg (2.2 lbs), it’s impressively light for a tripod that reaches up to 65 inches—though it's worth noting that the full 65-inch height is achieved only in monopod mode; as a tripod, the maximum height is 64 inches. One of the legs can be detached and mounted to the center column to convert the unit into a monopod, adding flexibility for varied shooting scenarios. When folded, the tripod measures approximately 14.5 inches in length, allowing for easy storage in most camera backpacks (outside mounting). In terms of stability, the TP39 falls into the medium-duty category, which aligns well with its rated payload capacity of 6kg (13.2 lbs). The legs offer a 90-degree tilt for flat-ground setups with a camera height of 14 inch because the center axis sticks out that far. The other low option is when the legs are angled and locked into the steepest position, but in-the-end, the center axis still limits the low position and I measure about 15-inch minimum height. The legs can be folded 180 degrees for compact packing or reverse-mode shooting—ideal for low-angle compositions and if you need to go under the mentioned 15-inch height mark in normal mode. The included 360° panoramic ball head provides smooth operation and supports a 90-degree vertical tilt.It is detachable and compatible with other heads using a standard 3/8" thread. The quick-release plate follows the Peak Design 1/4" format, which may not be compatible with Arca-style plates.Overall, the TP39 offers solid build quality, multifunctional design, and a well-balanced price-to-performance ratio. It compares favorably with other tripods in its weight class and is a strong candidate for photographers seeking a reliable, travel-friendly option.

So far this tripod has been great to use. The locking mechanisms for extending the leg segments does a very good job of holding position without overtightening, which also makes unlocking them very quick as well. The head does a very good job of keeping your camera in position. I used it with an older Sony A57, which isn't super heavy, and there was no drift at all. It was easy to convert from a tripod to monopod and thanks to how small the tripod folds up you can easily put it in a backpack if you don't want to use the included bag, which is actually pretty nice. Overall this is a pretty good tripod if you are looking for a straightforward and stable tripod.
