Premium build quality with nice carbon fiber and metal. It's relatively light weight for the size and quality.It's easy to use and adjust too. Get's super solid once adjusted and locked down, it also releases when needed. Holds my Sony FX cameras with my biggest lens which no problem.

Ordered this to replace my 10+ year old clunky tripod. I'm just an hobby photographer, not a pro. Love going on photo walks, day trips to take pictures. I find as I'm getting older my hands aren't as steady and I need to use a tripod more often. My old one was too heavy and just wasn't working. I find this one to be much lighter and I love the bag. The bag easily attaches to my camera bag and it's not in the way, because of how compact the tripod is. It's also handy to store the extra parts/mounts, instead of in my camera bag. It's a really sharp looking tripod (I know looks don't affect function, but it makes me happy, lol). I have a Nikon D300s and it holds it easily without a lot of wobble, though I take my time setting things up so I make sure everything is stable and still before shooting. I don't think I'll ever use the phone mount, but I am excited to try the camera on the inverted column (something new to me). I do think the price may be a bit high for some for an occasional use tripod, but I am very pleased with it!

I like to take my camera and some lenses on walks and hikes and they all fit neatly into my camera bag but my old tripod was too heavy and bulky to carry easily so I ended up leaving it behind on most walks. I got this tripod to fix that problem.The tripod is surprisingly light, easily the lightest full sized tripod I’ve used. It also packs up really small, just a little bigger than two water bottles stacked on top of each other. There are a couple of add-on pieces that you can attach to the tripod to do things like hold a cellphone and these fit into a pouch inside the bag.The tripod itself is quite nice. In many ways it is an upgrade from the old metal one I had been using. The ball head is nice and the quick release plate is actually quite handy once you build up confidence in it. There are degree marks on it as well to help when taking panos.It’s not a very tall tripod standing just over 5 feet but that’s fine for most use and I dont think it would be sturdy enough if they made it another foot taller. This leads me into the only concern I have about the tripod. The legs are carbon fibre (the first carbon fibre tripod I’ve owned) so I worry about how much the bottom section flexes so where possible I don’t extend them just to add a little extra rigidity. The clamps that lock each section are heavy plastic flip locks and are a bit stiff. Personally I prefer twist locks so it takes me a little longer than usual to set up and break down the tripod but they work and lock the legs securely.Initially I thought it would have been nice to have the option to add spikes to the feet but after using it I think this isn't a tripod suitable for rugged landscape photography. If you need spikes I think you need to bring a heavier tripod. This is the tripod you’ll bring with you for every day walk around use or if you want to throw a tripod into your luggage for a trip.

What what a great versatile tripod. I will use this for my Lazer levels. Compact and loaded with adjustability, this tripod is perfect for what I will use it for. Lightweight and very durable as well as easy to use. Comes with a great case to carry and keep accessories together. I will use most or all attachments. Especially the phone attachment for doing instruction videos on the job.

This camera tripod is a huge upgrade over the last one that I had, and I'm loving it! The carbon fibre material makes it extremely strong and sturdy yet light. The entire setup weighs about 2.5 pounds but can extend to nearly my height! I've had problems in the past when the tripod was not able to extend to high enough heights so that is not an issue at all with this tripod. I love the quick-release lock which makes it super easy to clip and release your ARCA plate. The mobile phone clip fits almost all universal phones and I find this handy to have on family vacations when I don't want to always carry all my DSLR gear, but I always have my phone and this tripod is small enough to put in my travel backpack.
